French Arcade Racing Apps Q4 2023: A Sensor Tower Data Analysis

The arcade racing genre remains a competitive field in the mobile gaming market. As we wrap up the fourth quarter of 2023, Sensor Tower provides a snapshot of the performance of the top five arcade racing applications in France on a unified platform.

Starting with Pocket Champs PVP Racing Games, the title showed a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 22K in the final week of December. Weekly active users also saw an upward trend, reaching a high of 76K in the same period.

Gameloft's Asphalt 9: Legends experienced fluctuations in revenue, with the highest at slightly over 25K USD in mid-December. The downloads for the game climbed to 13K by the end of December, and weekly active users experienced a rise to 28K.

Need for Speed No Limits by Electronic Arts had a relatively stable trend in revenue, ending the quarter with nearly 9K USD. Downloads saw a spike to 10K in December, and there was a substantial increase in weekly active users, reaching 44K in the second week of December.

CarX Street, while having a lower revenue stream compared to others, showed growth in the final week of December with a revenue of nearly 6K USD and downloads more than tripling to 11K. The weekly active users reflected a significant increase, closing the quarter at 47K.

Lastly, CarX Drift Racing 2 saw a consistent rise in revenue, ending at 2.8K USD. Downloads were boosted to 5K, and active users grew to over 12K by the quarter's end.
